Job description

Job Summary:

A Warehouse associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the success of our operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center environment

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process inbound shipments, including verifying contents and ensuring accuracy of documentation
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment to customers
