Job description

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist operators with routine wastewater treatment plant operations.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning tanks, channels, buildings, and grounds.
  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, parts replacement, and minor repairs.
  • Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Assist with inspection of equipment such as pumps, valves, blowers, and motors.
  • Help collect wastewater samples and assist with basic testing as directed
  • Follow safety procedures, including confined space, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
