Job Summary

The Material Handler / Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and staging materials throughout the facility to support daily operations. This role requires previous forklift experience and a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
  • Stage materials for production, shipping, or storage as required
  • Move raw materials, finished goods, and scrap to designated areas
  • Verify materials against paperwork and report discrepancies
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks
  • Maintain accurate material flow to support production schedules
  • Perform basic inspections of forklift equipment and report issues
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications
