Job description

Do you have experience in supply chain management, operational analysis, and business process improvement?  We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator 2nd shift ( 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) in our El Paso, TX site, who will serve in a consulting and leadership style role while maintaining the quality of our environment and processes. About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Monitors the unloading of all materials into the receiving department; Ensures materials are staged for counting and inspection; Ensures receiving reports accurately report material received. Oversees the movement of material from receiving to controlled storage in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.
  • Monitors and measures team member performance for accuracy of locator, receiving reporting, movement and storage of material, and transfers.
  • Provides appropriate equipment to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma.  A college degree is preferred.
  • Experience supervising in an automotive or logistics based industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
