What to Expect
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Columbia, MO office, you will be a Maintenance Technician. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting, assembling, testing, and maintaining complex heavy industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities (to name a few)
  • Perform preventive maintenance, repair industrial equipment, address safety concerns, and ensure the overall upkeep of the facility.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
  • Repair or replace defective equipment components to minimize downtime.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and PLC systems.
  • Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, and welding equipment to fabricate or repair components.

About You
  • 2- technical degree in Maintenance background preferred; or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience, with a strong background in industrial maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and working with hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and equipment installation.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
