Job Title:         Schedule Planner (Material Planning & Control)
Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Co.
Duration:         1 Year (Extension possible)
Location:          Waterloo, IA 50703
Shift:                1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Education:       4-year business degree preferred

Role Summary:
Plans and schedules production & service parts. Ensures material availability and supports inventory and production control. ~50% shop floor role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule production & service parts
• Expedite production & purchased parts
• Coordinate with departments for material needs
• Implement engineering & material changes
• Support manpower planning & scheduling
• Maintain inventory & scrap reporting
• Perform general admin support
• May provide work direction

Required Skills:
• MS Excel & MS Office
• Strong communication & organization
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Open to recent graduates (3–5 yrs preferred)

Other Requirements:
