The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $49,600 to 68,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do:
  • Take charge of monitoring site materials inventory from receipt to distribution among installation and commissioning teams.
  • Partner with the Installation and Commissioning Teams to secure the timely and smooth allocation of material inventory.
  • Support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on installation material requirements.
  • Engage with the Project Material Manager to ensure personnel are prepared to receive materials according to forecasted delivery dates.
  • Record inventory receipts, stow-away, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance in the Dematic selected Materials Management Tool.

  • Proven ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders.

  • Experience in developing and maintaining effective operating/execution cadence reporting.
  • Strong team-building skills to improve interaction and efficiency, and the ability to break down barriers and silos.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
  • Must be able to travel 100% of the time at different site locations.
  • Forklift experience is mandatory.
