Overview
This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, at Spirit's Defense Business Unit ("Spirit Defense"). Spirit Defense is an independent supplier to the defense and space marketplace. Through innovative engineering and rapid prototyping excellence, Spirit Defense provides the capabilities, technologies and support customers need to succeed in their missions.
Overview:
Performs responsibilities requiring the integration of disciplines from more than one Materials Management and Transportation job family and applies independent, specialized technical expertise to support a wide range of business objectives. Activities include, but are not limited to, the development, integration, implementation, and execution of multidisciplinary business processes. Works cross-functionally with internal and external customers and all employee levels to carry out responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
  • Managing CSR's (Customer Support Representatives), Material Analysts and Material CAM's (Control Account Manager) across multiple Defense Programs
  • Lead and direct gatekeeping activities for MMAS (Material Management Accounting System) compliance
  • General program leadership support
  • Provide BOE's (Basis of Estimates) for new programs
  • Review and provide adjustments for material on Inventory Reserves
  • Support material and system troubleshooting for compliance and customer requirements
  • Support program change board for material changes and storing needs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively work simultaneous assignments in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • ERP Experience (Supply Chain, Accounting, Manufacturing or Inventory)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Knowledge of EVM (Earned Value Management)
  • Experience with SAP
  • MMAS governance and compliance

Summary Pay Range: $92,500- $141,850
