About the Role

In this full-time position, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and hospitals and healthcare facilities in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Provide educational resources: Share information and materials about our organization's services, programs, and policies with hospital staff and patients, ensuring that all parties are informed and empowered.
Facilitate referrals and admissions: Coordinate with hospital staff to facilitate referrals and admissions of patients to our programs, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate services: Attend hospital staff meetings, participate in quality assurance activities, and provide feedback to hospital staff on our services, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain relationships: Foster strong relationships with hospital staff, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual understanding.

Requirements
