Job Description We are seeking a Material Handling Stores Clerk to join our dynamic team on first shift (3:00 PM-11:30 PM) in Everett. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and material fulfillment and a proven ability to maintain accurate inventory, fulfill training material requests, and ensure compliant logistics and documentation. Responsibilities: Maintain and organize supply materials used for training. Receive, stock, and deliver incoming supplies. Receive and store material in the local warehouse and maintain a satellite location. Pick and fulfill warehouse requests for class training needs. Assist employees and trainers in locating and pulling required supplies. Package and ship materials to offsite training facilities. Maintain inventory and supply logs in compliance with company requirements. Perform annual physical inventory counts. Submit restock orders to the designated focal. Keep work areas clean and organized. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with warehouse receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and logs. Competence with basic shipping, packaging, and labeling procedures. Customer service mindset to support trainers and employees in material needs.
