INVENTORY RECEIVER / MATERIAL HANDLER


Renton, WA | Full-Time | Starting $25-$26 hour based on interview


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Receiver / Material Handler to support a growing manufacturing and warehouse operation in the Renton area. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, verifying documentation, updating inventory systems, and organizing products for internal distribution.


This position is ideal for candidates with a strong eye for detail, who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a production team that values accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


Receive and unload incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing lists


Inspect materials for damages or discrepancies and document accordingly


Enter and update inventory information in internal tracking systems


Label, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations


Support cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies


Pull, stage, and prepare materials for production and outbound orders


Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area


Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and related material handling equipment


Qualifications


1+ year of experience in receiving, inventory, warehouse, or material handling


Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy


Comfort with basic computer and inventory software systems


Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods


Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks preferred


High school diploma or GED required
