Material Handler Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations. This position involves operating a forklift to pick up, move, and stage shipments throughout the facility, while safely loading materials onto pallets and transporting them to the appropriate loading docks.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift safely to move materials and shipments throughout the facility.
  • Pick up and transport shipments to the correct loading docks and staging areas.
  • Load and organize materials onto pallets for shipment.
  • Perform frequent heavy lifting and physically demanding warehouse tasks.
  • Inspect materials and shipments for accuracy and proper handling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred.
