Oliver Inc. is looking for an experienced and reliable Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving material through all manufacturing processes, by loading or unloading, sorting in accordance with verbal and written instructions, using pallet jacks and driving forklifts.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Material Handler, you will:

  • Ability to follow written and or oral instructions Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

  • Assists in the organization of all staging areas.

  • Ensures all work in process loads are staged in order to meet the schedules of the next operation. Makes sure each designated staging area is kept neat and organized.

  • Monitors progress of each manufacturing process throughout shift, keeping up with all schedule changes and conflicts that may arise.

  • Ensures timely movement of finished goods into the shipping department.

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Material Handler if your background includes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (required)

  • Forklift certification or demonstrated forklift experience (required)

  • Experience operating electric pallet jacks

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
