Adecco is seeking motivated and reliable Material Handlers to join our team immediately in Des Moines, WA. As a vital member of our warehouse operations for a leading client, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and orders, supporting a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload materials efficiently and safely, using appropriate handling techniques and equipment

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to quality standards

  • Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and process shipments accurately

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote a positive and compliant work environment

  • Support overall warehouse functions, including inventory management and equipment maintenance

  • Always adhere strictly to safety protocols and best practices

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or a related field
