Now Hiring - Material Handler - 2nd Shift
Location:
Buffalo Grove, IL
Pay: $19.00 Hour
Type: Temp to Hire
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 1:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Join our team at the Buffalo Grove Distribution Center as a 2nd Shift - Material Handler. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity in a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts)
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory management
  • Receive and process inbound shipments and customer returns
  • Execute daily cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Train and support team members to meet work standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of warehouse experience (pick and pack environment preferred)
  • 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse
  • Experience with SAP or similar WMS, and RF equipment
  • Forklift operator certification (sit-down, stand-up reach, Walkie-rider, order picker)
  • Knowledge of general warehouse safety practices
