MATERIAL PLANNER

We are seeking qualified individuals for the position of Material Planner to join our team in Greenville, KY.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning material requirements
  • Scheduling delivery and quantities of material
  • Follow up on all late deliveries
  • Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory transactions
  • Audit inventory
  • Track aged and obsolete inventory
  • Maintain any off-site inventory
  • Coordinate month-end close, working with Corporate accounting staff
  • Work closely with suppliers and Corporate procurement department
  • Write purchase requests for materials
  • Support backup duties in scheduling and customer service
  • Other duties as required


Communication/Organizational Skills:

  • Effectively communicate both written and verbally with all levels of the organization
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
  • Good listening and reaction skills
  • Elevate issues to management for analysis and resolution
  • Highly organized, analytical, and acute attention to detail required
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously while effectively managing time
  • Effectively organized and maintains recordkeeping


Experience:

  • Previous use of IQMS or similar ERP system preferred
  • Previous Manufacturing and/or Procurement experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications:
