Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work is completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
  • Adhere to all project management policies and procedures
  • Review projects with Project Coordinators, foremen and onsite crews
  • Provide mentorship, coaching and training to Project Coordinators, Foreman and Lead Hands as needed
  • Work with Field Services scheduler, purchasing etc. to resolve any anticipated staffing needs/changes and material purchases to avoid project delays.
  • Responsible for quality control of all completed work both onsite and in-house.
  • Gather all necessary project information and costs for the purposes of compiling and writing up change notices and out of scope work (extras).
  • Work with TMG finance team to ensure all paperwork (customer files, job files and quotes) are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings.
  • Assist in obtaining new customers as requested
  • Always conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with Company values, including but not limited to language use, attire, and workmanship
  • All other duties as required

Requirements

  • Relevant industry work experience
  • Relevant trade certification an asset (309A)
  • PMP certification or desire to pursue
  • Knowledge of electrical industry and electrical design principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time and budget management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD True View.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems with preference for experience working with Microsoft NAV Dynamics
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record and full time use of a company vehicle
  • Willing and able to travel to customer locations as needed

$95,000 to $125,000

The salary range provided in this posting is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location, as well as internal equity and budget considerations.
