Job Overview
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Bilingual Warehouse Material Handler, where your energy and precision will keep our operations running smoothly! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing materials, handling shipments, while supporting our distribution processes. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure timely order fulfillment and safe warehouse practices. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and materials handling within a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and excellence.

Duties

  • Handling equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards
  • Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders
  • Handle materials with precision, including heavy lifting and mechanical tasks related to construction or industrial supplies
  • Verifying inventory counts and measuring wood
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions and improve operational workflows

Experience

  • Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics environments is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, clamp trucks, or load & unload machinery
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to materials handling and heavy equipment operation
  • Previous roles involving construction materials handling are advantageous
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment if needed
  • Warehouse supervisor experience or leadership roles are a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities
  • Spanish speaking a plus
