We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to support our warehouse and distribution operations and help ensure the accuracy and availability of products our customers depend on every day.
What You'll Do
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure materials and products are available to meet customer demand
  • Perform cycle counts across facilities and investigate discrepancies
  • Reconcile inventory variances and identify root causes
  • Ensure products are properly received, stored, and accounted for
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including item setup and price updates
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Assist with reporting and documentation related to inventory activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and space utilization
  • Help reduce excess and obsolete inventory
  • Support system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives

  • 3-5 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
