We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and overall warehouse organization.

Responsibilities
  • Execute loading and unloading operations in accordance with established procedures
  • Inspect and verify products prior to storage or transfer within the warehouse
  • Deliver, stock, fulfill orders, and perform inventory counts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain and service company equipment as required
  • Safely operate forklifts to handle products and warehouse materials
  • Operate pumps, motors, and other mechanical or electrical equipment as needed
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English to perform job duties safely
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Stable employment history preferred
  • Prior forklift experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to exert:
    • 50-100 lbs of force occasionally
    • 25-50 lbs of force frequently
    • 10-20 lbs of force constantly
  • Ability to frequently bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and reach above shoulder level

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using inventory control systems (handheld scanners, electronic order systems)
  • Experience with oil and fuel dehydration or filtration processes
  • Experience working with pumps, motors, and industrial filtration systems
