Professional Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Warehouse Associate I to execute daily material management and inventory operations. The individual in this role will ensure logistical efficiency through diligent material control, order preparation, and safe equipment operation within a refinery warehouse environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute Inventory Operations: Perform the receiving, processing, issuing, kitting, labeling, and storing of incoming stock.
  • Manage Enterprise Data: Utilize SAP transaction modules to maintain accurate inventory records and count stock.
  • Oversee Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and hazardous material shipments utilizing UPS and FedEx platforms.
  • Maintain Facility Organization: Inspect stock for damages, document findings, and organize the physical warehouse space.
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts and dollies to move materials throughout the facility.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven professional warehouse operations experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with SAP inventory transactions.
  • Certification: Active forklift driver's certification.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
