Warehouse Associate / Material Handler (Full-Time)

Location: Richmond, VA

Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends!)

We are looking for motivated, reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in our new Richmond / Ashland branch! No experience operating forklifts? No problem! We provide 100% paid training and certifications. If you have a great attitude and love working with a team, we want to talk to you.

What You Will Do
  • Pick & Pack: Safely select, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
  • Load & Unload: Move materials safely around the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts.
  • Receive Stock: Count and check incoming shipments to make sure everything is accurate.
  • Keep it Safe: Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for everyone.
  • Use Basic Tech: Input simple data into our computer system and complete basic paperwork.
What We Are Looking For
  • Ability to stand during your shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
  • A safety-first mindset to protect yourself and your coworkers.
  • Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
