Job description

TASK DESCRIPTION: The incumbent will support the KAF military supply systems established for the support of the F/A-18 aircraft by processing requisitions, shipping documents, and transaction reports. TASK REQUIREMENTS: Processes supply requisitions, shipping documents, transaction reports, surveys, and conducts follow-up action. Perform physical supply inventories, as required. Research requisitions, receive materials, inspect and verify material received, and maintain records for receipt/issue of material. Assist in shipping and receiving of material/supplies. Perform supply administrative filing and data entry when required. Support OJT and cross-training of KAF personnel. MINIMUM PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS: Working knowledge of US DoD/USN supply systems, and the instructions that apply to these supply programs. Four (4) years in US military supply system management is required. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of supply and aircraft publications in microfiche and written form. Must be able to use and operate PCs with database and spreadsheet software, accurately input data, and be capable of operating in an automated supply environment. No Security clearance is required.
