As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary duty will be to provide therapeutic services to clients through virtual consultations. You will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of emotional and mental health needs through video sessions or text-based communication.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable goals and create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to guide clients in developing coping strategies and identifying patterns that contribute to their emotional challenges.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adapt treatment strategies, and document your sessions accurately within our secure electronic health record system.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current with best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Your clients will predominantly consist of individuals with stable mental health conditions seeking support for low-acuity emotional issues. This includes anxiety, mild depression, relationship challenges, and adjustment difficulties. All clients are carefully screened before they are matched with you, ensuring that you can provide focused, effective counseling where your skills are best utilized. The goal is to empower each client to express their feelings, gain insight, and improve their overall mental health.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and independent state license in one of the following fields: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate client needs and create effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and telehealth technology for patient management and documentation.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings.
• Prior exposure to working with diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our benefits package includes:
