Job description

NOW HIRING: PART-TIME SMOOTHIE BARISTA

DemiNola Blends is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Smoothie Barista to join our team in Downtown Baton Rouge.

Pay: $10–$12 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week
Schedule: Morning and daytime shifts
Weekend availability is a plus

Responsibilities include:
• Preparing smoothies, smoothie bowls, juices, matcha, and coffee drinks
• Following recipes and portion guidelines accurately
• Greeting customers and providing excellent service
• Operating the POS system and completing orders correctly
• Preparing and stocking ingredients and supplies
• Maintaining a clean, organized smoothie station
• Washing blenders and equipment after each use
• Following food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Assisting with additional café duties as needed

The ideal candidate is:
