Years of experience: 2-year acute medical Social Work experience performing both roles of Social work and discharge planning

Weekend REQ: typically one full weekend per 4 weeks, subject to dept. need

CA state license: Yes

Pending License accepted: Yes, but must be licensed upon start date

RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days

Type of Facility: Acute Care Facility

Scrub Color: Business Attire or Scrubs
