Job description

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator, Clinical Nutrition provides medical nutrition therapy for patients to help achieve adequate nutritional status. This may include, but is not limited to, nutritional assessments to determine need for nutritional supplements or nutrition support & nutrition education to help achieve lifestyle changes/diet modifications. The Dietitian is also accountable for completing other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE: Prefer 2-3 years of experience in hospital medical nutrition therapy and/or outpatient medical nutrition therapy.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: Dietitian - State of Missouri
EDUCATION: Required: Masters - Dietetics, Masters - Nutrition
