Job description

Aerostar Manufacturing is seeking a strategic and hands‑on IT expert to drive enterprise architecture, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and global IT operations across our manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the enterprise IT strategy and technology roadmap
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and business operations
  • Govern IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, networks, and cybersecurity
  • Drive IT/OT integration, ERP, MES, HRMS, QMS, and other core business systems
  • Oversee IT service delivery, vendor management, and operational excellence
  • Develop enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities to support business decisions
  • Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance
  • Partner with leadership teams to align technology investments with business objectives
  • Manage and coordinate U.S. IT operations from India while driving global standardization and best practices
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration between IT, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in manufacturing environments
  • Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations
  • Experience with ERP, MES, industrial systems, and IT/OT integration
  • Exposure to global, multi‑site operations and stakeholder management
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with enterprise frameworks such as TOGAF and ITIL preferred
  • Relevant cloud, cybersecurity, or architecture certifications are a plus
Education
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • MBA or Masters degree preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) strongly preferred
