Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing - Own SEO, GEO, paid media, email, and website strategy; analyze performance to guide budget decisions; manage agency relationships
Service Line Marketing - Lead go-to-market strategy per service line; own capability decks and customer-facing collateral; drive account-based marketing
Trade Shows & Events - Co-lead end-to-end event execution (budget, ROI, booth strategy, vendor negotiation) in partnership with BD

JOB OVERVIEW:

Own and drive digital marketing, service line marketing, and trade show/event strategy for a growing global CDMO business. The role will lead planning and execution across marketing programs in close partnership with commercial leadership, business development teams, and external agencies.

This role will serve as the primary driver and owner across the global strategic marketing and commercial teams, leading collaboration, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives across regions, with direct accountability for digital channel performance, service line go-to-market plans, and in collaboration on global trade show/event calendar.

This is a growth-oriented, manager-level role with budget ownership and decision-making authority across digital, service line, and event marketing. The position carries strong potential to build and lead a small team as the strategic marketing function scales.

EXPERIENCE:

Proven ability to lead and drive B2B and commercial marketing strategy, not just support execution

Experience leading digital marketing campaigns (SEO, GEO, paid media, email) and owning service line/product marketing strategy and customer engagement programs

Proven experience leading trade shows and industry events end-to-end, including budget ownership, vendor negotiation, and ROI measurement

Experience leading cross-functional and global teams, including agencies and external partners, as well as budget management of these activities preferred

Strong track record developing customer-facing marketing materials, sales enablement content, and service line collateral preferred

QUALIFATIONS:
