Our client, a personal injury law firm in Providence, Rhode Island, is seeking a Case Manager to join their personal injury legal team. This individual will play a key role by working directly with the legal team and providing extraordinary legal care.  


Core Responsibilities: 

  • Manage personal injury and medical malpractice legal files from onset of matter through settlement or until transferred to litigation team. 
  • Perform new client intakes with attorneys and meet with clients from onset of case throughout lifecycle of matter. 
  • Deliver and maintain exceptional client service to all internal and external clients. 
  • Adept at building relationships with clients. 
  • Electronic and physical records maintenance. 


Qualifications: 

  • 2 years of legal case management. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills. 
  • Client service oriented. 
  • Professional phone etiquette. 
  • Organized with strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to multi-task, and work both within a team and independently. 
  • Experience with personal injury and medical malpractice legal process. 
  • Knowledge of property damage claims and liens. 
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite Applications. 
  • Degree in legal studies or equivalent. 
  • Speaking another language is a plus.
