About the team:
The Central Intake and Legal Holds Team manages the intake, processing, and assignment of legal documents essential to litigation support. This team drafts, issues, and maintains legal hold notices while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate preservation efforts. Members apply strong communication, document review, and process improvement skills to maintain efficient workflows and uphold legal standards. Their work supports compliance and contributes to effective management of legal matters, playing a vital role in advancing the organization's business objectives through precise and timely legal support.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
