Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Reviewer to support the US Medical Affairs Rheumatology team within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will provide medical oversight for the review and approval of promotional and medical materials while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and applicable industry regulations. This role requires strong expertise in Immunology with a preference for Rheumatology experience along with knowledge of medical review processes and collaboration across cross functional teams. The candidate will also provide scientific guidance to support medical strategy and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical oversight for scientific review and approval of promotional and medical materials in compliance with corporate standards and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with medical leads to ensure promotional and non promotional materials align with overall medical strategy.
  • Provide medical and scientific expertise to commercial teams to support promotional claims and product related initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison with cross functional teams to ensure current medical information is incorporated into departmental resources.
  • Support the review process by utilizing established medical review workflows and documentation systems.
  • Maintain scientific accuracy and consistency across medical communication materials.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of Medical Review experience.
  • Strong experience in Immunology with preference for Rheumatology.
  • Experience using Veeva PromoMats and established medical review processes.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy, Medical Doctor, or Masters degree in Biology or Chemistry.
  • Strong understanding of promotional material review and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting US Medical Affairs teams.
  • Experience working in large enterprise pharmaceutical environments.
  • Knowledge of medical strategy development and scientific communications.
