Overview

We are seeking 2 dedicated Human Resources Assistants to support our HR operations. These vital role involves managing a wide range of HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient workforce management. The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee relations, and support organizational development in a dynamic environment.

Duties

  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate employee evaluation and performance management processes, including scheduling reviews and tracking progress.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support compliance with employment & labor law requirements, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries professionally and assisting with conflict management efforts..
  • Assist with training & development activities, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation.
  • Support project management efforts related to HR initiatives such as affirmative action planning, succession planning, and organization design.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR departments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across diverse teams.
