About the Role:

The Human Resource Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the HR department by managing and streamlining administrative processes that ensure efficient employee lifecycle management. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with benefits administration to enhance overall workforce satisfaction. The HR Administrator acts as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating clear communication and resolving routine HR inquiries. By ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, this role helps mitigate organizational risks and promotes a positive workplace culture. Ultimately, the Human Resource Administrator contributes to the smooth operation of HR functions, enabling the organization to attract, retain, and develop talent effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role within a human resources department.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations applicable in the United States.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
