Join Our Team: Vice President of Sales – Flexible Packaging

Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, we are a diversified flexible packaging manufacturer and distributor servicing North America seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven sales leader for our U.S. sales and marketing efforts. You will own our commercial strategy, mentor a high-performing team, and accelerate regional and national revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Strategy: Design and execute annual sales plans to capture market share in high-growth industries like food, agriculture and industrial packaging.
  • Lead Teams: Manage, coach, and inspire a diverse team of sales representatives and account managers.
  • Manage Accounts: Cultivate executive-level relationships with major enterprise clients and key industry partners.
  • Analyze Markets: Monitor manufacturing trends, competitor movements, and material innovations to position our products effectively.
  • Collaborate Daily: Partner with plant operations, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and pricing accuracy.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the flexible packaging sector.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing remote sales teams and hitting million dollar+ regional targets.
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of polymers, films, laminations and/or paper and sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 30-50% to visit clients, manufacturing facilities and sales teammates.
