SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
As a clinician you will provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral modification services to children and their families. Clinicians may work in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient departments, and acute partial programs. Some of their responsibilities include:
*Develop treatment plans: Collaborating with the treatment team to design and oversee treatment plans for clients
*Providing therapy: Conducting individual, group, and family psychotherapy
*Crisis intervention: Responding to crisis situations and providing immediate assistance
*Behavioral modification: Developing strategies to help clients improve their behavior
*Documentation: Maintaining accurate and timely records of client services
*Training: Participating in internal and external training, including mandatory training
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*MSW- Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling.
*1+ years' experience as a counselor, behavioral specialist, or mobile therapy.
*Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, PA State Background Check, & Act 31/Mandated Reporter
*Provide documentation of: CPR Certification, First Aide Level 2 Certification.
*Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: Physical examination, Tuberculosis (TB) test, Covid Vaccine Card or Exemption
