Job description

The Director of Clinical Capacity serves as the enterprise authority for BHMG over template governance, clinical scheduling logic and decision-tree design.  The Director ensures schedules adhere to a "One BHMG" model where templates are both clinically appropriate and operationally efficient and standardized across all specialties and locations. Reporting to the VP of Operations, Clinical Enterprise, this individual will serve as the architect for designing, standardizing and governing  the Epic template ecosystem for BHMG. The Director ensures that clinical logic, visit types and scheduling rules are safe, efficient and consistent across the medical group in order to achieve the "One BHMG" vision

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business (MBA), or Clinical Informatics required. Minimum of 10 years in healthcare operations or clinical informatics, with a proven track record of managing large-scale Epic implementations or centralized access models. Deep functional knowledge of Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Decision Support tools. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. High emotional intelligence and the ability to uphold enterprise standards while maintaining collaborative relationships with clinical leaders.
