A Day in the Life of a Personal Trainer:

Compensation for Client Sessions
At Club Brands, we believe your hard work and expertise should be rewarded. That's why our trainers earn competitive pay based on certification level-with the opportunity to grow as you advance in your career.
Level 1
  • Earn $20 per 60-minute session

Level 2
  • Earn $25 - $35 per 60-minute session

Level 3
  • Earn $30 - $50 per 60-minute session

Elite Level
  • Earn $35 - $67 per 60-minute session

*** 30-minute sessions are compensated at half the rate of a 60-minute session.

  • Thorough knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and fitness programming.

Certifications, Degrees & Training Experience:
  • Holds one or more nationally accredited PT Certifications
  • CPR/AED certified, required
  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Four-year degree in Exercise Science or a related field, preferred
  • Minimum one-year personal training experience, preferred
  • Previous experience in fitness program design, preferred

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
  • Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing.

Post-Hire Expectations:
After 90-days of employment, trainers will be expected to maintain a minimum of 16 hours of long-term recurring personal training services per month to maintain their position
