Daily responsibilities include:
• Coach clients through our 20-minute strength workouts
 • Build relationships that increase client motivation and long-term success
 • Perform fitness assessments and track measurable progress over time
 • Review strength reports, mobility improvements, body composition, and goals
 • Educate clients on exercise, recovery, mobility, and healthy habits
• Perform or assist with guided stretching sessions, including PNF-based assisted stretching techniques, to improve mobility and movement quality
 • Conduct consultations and support new client onboarding
 • Follow up with members to celebrate progress and maintain accountability
 • Help create an exceptional experience from first session through long-term transformation
