About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Rebound Rehabilitation as a Physical Therapy Aide. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about helping others recover and improve their physical health in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks under the supervision of licensed therapists.
  • Document patient progress and report any changes to the therapy team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain inventory of therapy supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients safely and comfortably.
  • Basic knowledge of physical therapy practices is a plus.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
  • CPR certification is preferred but not required.
  • Associate degree or coursework in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field is a plus.
Hours: Part time hours between 7 am - 6 pm during Monday-Friday.
