Job description

POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts in a group setting to members of all fitness levels. In this role, you must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and building confidence through showing them what they’re capable of.

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Member Experience
  • Fitness Product Execution
  • Train workouts (45-minute camps consisting of personal training in a group setting)
  • Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
  • Marketing and sales strategy execution
  • Convert promotional clients and free trials to paying, productive members via the creation of an excellent
  • Operational Execution
  • Attend weekly and monthly fitness meetings and required educational presentations
  • Effectively use Social Media daily to keep members engaged and to promote the brand
