Personal Trainer Anytime FitnessJob Summary

Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic, passionate, and results-driven Personal Trainer to inspire members to achieve their health and fitness goals. The Personal Trainer will provide exceptional coaching through personalized fitness programs, one-on-one and small-group training sessions, and ongoing accountability. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding member experience while promoting a welcoming and supportive fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to evaluate members' goals, fitness levels, and health history.
  • Develop customized training programs based on individual needs, abilities, and objectives.
  • Lead safe, effective, and engaging personal training and small-group sessions.
  • Educate members on proper exercise techniques, equipment use, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Track client progress and adjust training programs to maximize results.
  • Build strong relationships with members to encourage motivation, accountability, and long-term retention.
  • Promote personal training services and contribute to membership growth through referrals and consultations.
  • Maintain accurate client records, training notes, and scheduling information.
  • Ensure the fitness floor and equipment remain clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications
