Mission Technologies' Cyber & Intelligence team is seeking multiple Targeteers at the Journeyman and Senior levels to support an upcoming, high-impact mission at Fort Meade.
This role is part of a pending contract proposal. We are actively interviewing to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of a successful award.
Intelligence Analyst 2 - $88,599 - $110,999
Intelligence Analyst 3 - $108,331 - $127,132
Intelligence Analyst 4 - $126,543 - $146,000
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Integrates requirements across tactical, operational, and strategic levels to support planning staff in assessing enemy capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinates strategic and operational planning for fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation.
  • Supports future operations planners by incorporating intelligence capabilities into operational plans.
  • Develops and recommends policies, doctrine, programs, and procedures; coordinates targeting strategies and engagement responsibilities across components and subordinate commands.

Minimum Qualifications
Intelligence Analyst 2 - 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
Intelligence Analyst 3 - 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Intelligence Analyst 4 - 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
Must possess an active TS/SCI/Polygraph for consideration
Preferred Requirements
Previous experience in conducting IC targeting exercises, with proven field operations experience, technical operational training, and relevant operational certifications.
