Emplify Health is hiring a Digital Marketing Consultant to help shape the future of our digital presence.
In this role, you'll help bring our digital marketing strategy to life by planning, executing, analyzing, and measuring digital marketing initiatives that make an impact. You'll work closely with Marketing team members to build smart, effective strategies aligned with enterprise and regional goals, choose the right digital channels, and support service line business objectives. You'll also help evaluate and select digital marketing vendors and serve as the main point of contact for those partnerships.

Job Specifics:
Location: 617 Roosevelt St, Green Bay, WI 54301. Hybrid schedule eligibility. Candidates must reside in WI, MN, IA, or MI at the time of hire.
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Days. Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field preferred.
3-4 years of experience and expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms required.
5-7 years of demonstrated strategic planning, execution and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Implements and measures digital initiatives across the organization, including social media, SEM, email, Marketing Automation and more.
  • Facilitates the development of effective digital marketing and social media strategies for enterprise and regional brands, focusing on strategic campaign management and creating visually compelling content to elevate brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media regularly to engage with followers, respond to comments, bringing to life brand mission and vision in the digital space. Ensure social media engagement goals are met.
  • Coordinates the research and selection process for new digital marketing vendors. Develops relationships with vendors and manages day to day interactions.
  • Leverage reports and metrics to determine channel and campaign effectiveness and recommend and/or implement changes as appropriate.
  • Serves as one of the organization's subject matter experts and go-to resource for digital marketing. Facilitates ongoing learning and process improvement by sharing information and best practices with team members and leadership.
  • Coordinates digital reputation management, including reviews management and business listings maintenance.
  • Participates in organization and department meetings to stay abreast of strategic objectives and developments.
  • Assures reliable, predictable outcomes and no needless wait.
  • Uses Information Systems to their full capability
  • Other duties as defined by specific department (if applicable).
  • Attends regularly-scheduled and assigned shifts.
  • Facilitates digital content strategy, planning, creation, and editing exercising best practice in information architecture, taxonomy, metadata and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) optimization.
