We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Post Doctoral Fellow to join our dermatology research team in Detroit, United States.   • Design, conduct, and analyze dermatological research studies using established protocols and innovative methodologies, ensuring scientific rigor and accuracy

  • Prepare and present research findings through peer-reviewed publications, scientific presentations, and institutional seminars, communicating complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary research teams, including clinicians, laboratory scientists, biostatisticians, and support staff to achieve research objectives
  • Maintain detailed laboratory records and comprehensive documentation in compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations
  • Contribute to grant writing efforts and assist in securing research funding to support ongoing and future research initiatives
  • Mentor and support junior research staff and students on research techniques, best practices, and professional development

Qualifications
