Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job type: Full time/On-site

Job location: Summerville, SC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical & Program Management

  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments

  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and session observations

  • Ensure programs are aligned with best ABA practices

  • Supervise and train RBTs and clinical team members

  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to staff

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality care delivery

  • Train and support parents/caregivers on behavior strategies

  • Ensure compliance with insurance and clinical documentation requirements

  • Maintain accurate and timely records

  • Follow all regulatory and ethical standards

Requirements:
