What We’re Looking For


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education or a related field preferred
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • RBT certification must be maintained through continuing education and supervision as required by BACB standards
  • 60 college credits, para-assessment, or Registered Behavior Technician certification
