Title: Regional Account Manager - Laboratory/Research

Territory: Southeast Region. TN, GA, FL, NC, SC - IDEAL to live near Atlanta airport

Company: 36-year-old global manufacturer, industry leader, innovator and supplier of proprietary textiles, tools, chemistry and equipment used to eliminate contamination/pathogens within hospitals, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, compound pharmacy, lab animal research facilities, and many more.

Description:

  • Engage professionals in Laboratory Animal Science facilities in Research, Academic, Testing, and Laboratory settings.
  • Support existing customers and provided with Standard Operating Procedures for continued success and product education.
  • Drive demand to products through in-person contact, presentations, demonstrations, education and training of end users and distribution partners.
  • Thoroughly understand product lines, services and provided support materials to generate new business while servicing existing relationships
  • Attentively manage existing customer accounts to ensure continuity of service and product knowledge, while building trust and a long-term relationship.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners in the field.
  • Support distribution partners and attend sales calls to ensure standards and efficient fulfillment of products to the end user.
  • Provide customer feedback and market insight back to internal teams.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other professional meetings as needed.
  • Fully participate and work within company and government quality standard guidelines.
  • Represent and demonstrate company core values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7+ yrs Sales experience in Medical/Surgical supplies, Janitorial, Sanitation, or Environmental Services departments.
  • Experience managing a large, multi-state territory.
  • Documented sales successes throughout career.
  • Experience working with distribution networks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, while also partnering with team members remotely.

Compensation: $100-105k base salary depending on experience, + $35-42k annual payout bonus based performance, to reach 135-147k total income annually. Plus company car or allowance, full benefits, expenses, 401k + matching, 4 weeks PTO first year.
