A reputable food production company in Opelika, Alabama, is seeking a Quality Systems Supervisor to lead food safety and quality systems in a high-volume protein manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of leadership experience in HACCP and food safety, ensuring compliance with USDA/FSIS regulations. This role includes managing pathogen control programs, overseeing sanitation efforts, and driving quality and compliance standards across production.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience in HACCP and Food Safety Systems
  • 2-4 years of experience in Pathogen Control, specifically in ground beef production
  • 2-4 years of USDA / FSIS regulatory compliance experience
