Savage is seeking an enthusiastic Accountant to join its Financial Reporting team with reconciling, analyzing, and reporting financial transactions and performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with Staff Accountants and Managers to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports to be used by management for key decision making
  • Reconcile and oversee critical general ledger accounts
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s entities and assist in performing financial analysis and variance reporting
  • Assist in year-end financial audit by preparing and reviewing audit schedules and interacting with auditors
  • Ensure integrity of financial systems by working closely with Director of Financial Systems and Information Solutions department to ensure accounting and reporting systems are maintained and functioning properly
